Sales Account Representative

CHAKRAS is hiring an energetic Sales Account Representative. We are looking for an experienced sales account manager for wholesale distribution of our cannabis products, including vape cartridges, flower and pre-rolls to retail stores. You will visit dispensaries throughout California to educate dispensaries, consumers, and bud tenders on our brand and product portfolio.

The ideal candidate is energetic, healthy, friendly, easy to get along with, and enjoys working with patients. Some travel is required, including client meetings and special events. Must possess ability to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a high-visibility position requiring regular outbound communications, frequent engagement with collective and dispensary owners and buyers, their staff and patients. Knowledge of the company’s product offerings and ability to explain the advantages of the product line is critical.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Store Calls, Messages, Visits, and Territory Management:
- Have CHAKRAS product and market knowledge
- Learn CHAKRAS system in yoga, spirituality, and how it resonates with brand identity & products
- Sell products into new and existing accounts
- Utilize sales & marketing materials to help sell and market products with clients
- Provide great customer service, anticipating their needs
- Develop strong relationships with owners, buyers, budtenders and security
-Consistently meet sales activity milestones
- Be known as a trusted advisor, matching our offerings, products and solutions to customer needs
- Focus on our customer’s and patient’s concerns
- Collaborate with your team to use product and market data to effectively manage opportunities
- Maintain activity records in customer database
- Plan and execute in-store product demos and allocate marketing and promotional materials to strengthen brand visibility
- Represent CHAKRAS positively
- Monitor territory and other brands' pricing, field activities, products
- Use a CRM system to track, communicate, and manage day-to-day sales activity
- Communicate field experiences with supervisor
- Package, assemble, and deliver orders to customers
- Create sales orders, manage client accounts

Skills and Qualifications
- Ideally, 2 years of previous experience in cannabis industry sales
- Comfort and ability to problem solve and resolve potential customer issues
- Familiarity of sales & marketing practices in the cannabis industry
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- University or College degree in business or marketing is a plus

This position is either full or part-time based on what you put into it to maintain good standing within the company. You are responsible for retail accounts in and around Los Angeles. Primary travel & office locations will be from DTLA and West to Santa Monica/Venice area to begin, and willing to expand. Must be willing to work at home, in-office, and travel around the area. Some in-office hours will be required to learn the Chakras system, sales systems, CRM, packaging needs, meetings, etc.
